We had moved out of our house in Wingate to a new house that was being built for us in Monroe. We had tried to sell the house in Wingate for months and the two payments were killing us.

We decided to rent the house to get out from under the payment. What a nightmare that turned out to be. This house was only three years old and the first things they did is tear up the garbage disposal. The next thing we know the rent payments are coming in late then they didn’t come in at all.
