Gene did an enormous amount of work settling my relative’s estate and taking care of the house. The fact that we live out of state would have made it extremely difficult for us to manage. Gene took charge of sorting through and disposing of many items and arranged an auction for more valuable items and we are grateful that he returned a few items of personal value to us. “I had my house sold and was able to move on with my life”

I had a good job and was making real good money. So I bought a house so I could stop wasting my money renting.

Then my overtime stopped. I started having a hard time making the house payments so I brought in one of my college friends to rent out one of the bedrooms. Then he got a job in Atlanta and I was stuck. It was taking everything I had to make the house payments. I was getting sick and tired of doing nothing but work for my house payment. I was ready to get out.

I saw this ad in the newspaper that said to call for a free report if you wanted to sell your house fast. So, I called it and got the report. After I read it and called Gene, I had my house sold and was able to move on with my life.

We had moved out of our house in Wingate to a new house that was being built for us in Monroe. We had tried to sell the house in Wingate for months and the two payments were killing us.

We decided to rent the house to get out from under the payment. What a nightmare that turned out to be. This house was only three years old and the first things they did is tear up the garbage disposal. The next thing we know the rent payments are coming in late then they didn’t come in at all. We didn’t know what to do next. The legal mess wasn’t something we could handle since we both worked and couldn’t go to court hearings to evict them.

Then our daughter told us about this guy that bought houses and had helped the young couple that lived near her. So we called Gene. He listened to our problems and said he would look at the house and would let us know if he could help. The following week he came by and told us what he could do. We had enough of the tenants and the house and wanted to just get rid of it. Gene bought it and dealt with all legal problems. We never had to mess with it again.

My mother had passed away and we were willed her house with my sister. We wanted to move into the house and out of our house in town.

We had to refinance the mortgage on our house in Monroe to pay my sister her half of our mother’s house. We thought this was OK because were going to sell the house anyway. We put it on the market with a realtor but after six months and only two showings, we figured we could do a better job. But after another four months of trying to sell it ourselves, we didn’t have anyone qualified to buy it.

I saw this sign on a telephone pole that said ‘I Buy Houses’ so I gave it a try and called Gene. Boy was that a good idea. Gene came out and looked at our house, which we had already moved out and it didn’t even have the power on. He told us that he would get back to us in a couple of days. I thought, ‘I’ve heard that before and that’s the end of him’. But, two days latter he gave us an offer that made sense and we closed seven days latter (just like his report said) and it’s off our back.

We would like to thank you for the wonderful experience we have had working with you. My wife and I are from Pennsylvania, but have been working here in Charlotte for the past three years. We have had two children since we’ve been here and developed a strong desire to move back closer to our home and family.

We were not going to know if we had jobs back home until late in the years and couldn’t spend much time trying to sell our house. Eventually we got the jobs, but were stuck with the house. That’s when I saw Mr White’s number and decided to give him a call and see what he could do for us.
